Our researchers and clinicians are equipped with Dr. Becker's innovative treatment approaches and cutting edge research in EPI's specialized areas of practice, including HDP,Hard Data Protocol Performance Based Physical Capacity Evaluation Protocols.

Since 1985, Everett Pacific Industrial Rehabilitation has been delivering examinees and referral sources with an evaluation testing and treatment environment that is safe, reliable, valid, and practical. EPI Rehab continues to provide examinees with a professional, respectful environment while its staff, clinicians, researchers, and students are equipped with the most progressive tools and methodology available, including EPI Rehab's online resource library of over 10,000 citations on human performance.

As a selected internship site by State of Washington universities, EPI Rehab serves as a resource for educational, research, and instructional services for the community, academic, and associated professionals.

Theodore J. Becker, PhD, RPT, CET, CEAS, CDE, CDA, CCI, FACFEI, DABDA

Dr. Becker is recognized by the medical and legal professions as an expert on hard-data performance testing and capacity evaluation. His unique combination of specializations (including a PhD in Human Performance and certifications in rehabilitation, disability analysis, and sports medicine) results in extensive research and innovation in treatment regimes and devices, including the unique treatment approaches used at EPI Rehab.

Former US Swimming Olympic Team Head Trainer, Dr. Becker has been featured in Sports Illustrated's 1984 Olympics issue, Outside Magazine, and Swim Magazine. He is also the recipient of the First Nation Athletic Trainers Association Outstanding Research Award, Sandall Research Award by the National Association of Disability Evaluating Professionals, and was named as a Volvo Research Award contributor.
