Rehab Client, 2011

To whom it may concern,

Following surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and relatively unsuccessful treatment from two therapy agencies, I came to EPIR for a physical capacity evaluation. At that time, upon my exit interview with Dr. Becker, I was informed that the objective evaluation showed I had only about 3O% of my original capacity. After the interview with Dr. Becker, he noted that if I had the opportunity and were willing to follow his protocol (and make the necessary effort), he would expect that I could gain back as much as 95% of my original capacity. While I was skeptical of Dr. Becker's claim that under his care, I could regain as much as 95 percent, I can say that after following his protocol, the repaired arm is now stronger than the arm that was never injured. In that regard, when it came to what was required of me, I did not skimp on effort and did just what was asked of me. And, I must also say, that when it came to what was required of Dr. Becker, Mike Oesch and staff to put me back in shape, they too did not skimp. For I know now, that they know what is necessary to accomplish a stated goal and that through their knowledge, experience and skillful and even charitable efforts, EPIR indeed helped me realize a potential that I could not have considered without them. My successful return to work at full duty and the quality of life I enjoy today, is entirely due to the expertise and personalized care I received from the EPI Rehab team. The protocol and practice at EPIR sets the high water mark for the standard of care by which others should be measured.

Thank you, Dr. Theodore Becker, Mike Oesch, and staff.

Plaintiff Attorney, Seattle Washington

"Dr. Becker provided objective information and testimony that fully identified my client's physical restrictions and dysfunctions in a manner that my opponents could not reasonably refute. While my opponents hired physicians and other experts in an attempt to mitigate against Dr. Becker's opinions, they ultimately realized Dr. Becker's opinions were based upon solid, objective testing that was not open to the usual methods of cross-examinations because they were supported by such strong quantitative testing data. In short, my opponents had no real answer to Dr. Becker's opinions. This was a significant reason, in my opinion, why the defense wanted to avoid trial.

Additionally, Dr. Becker's objective testing methodology unveiled that my client probably suffered from mild, subtle cognitive dysfunction. This cognitive problem was almost completely missed at Harborview Medical Center where my client recuperated from other trauma that was more emergent at the time of original injury. Dr. Becker's subsequent, objective discovery of cognitive dysfunction set in motion a series of additional testing by neuropsychologists and other physicians that confirmed Dr. Becker's findings. These findings dramatically changed the complexion of the case in my client's favor."
